Hello, I’m your host, Dan Weese. I am Vice President of Development and IT for a software company in Nashville, Tennessee. I have been in the software business for 14 years now and have been in management for 10 of them. I still write code on occasion to keep up with the changing technology, but for the most part I manage my team and do a lot of UI design for the 7 projects we currently have in production, and the dozen or so that have yet to be developed.
